POPPIX sells wall art prints, posters, and related products.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, contrast, scale, texture, and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and browser.
Product images, mockups, room visuals, and gallery wall examples are for presentation purposes only. Frames, furniture, accessories, and styling objects are not included unless clearly stated on the product page.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications may be changed at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order is accepted only once payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where we reasonably believe there is an error, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issue, payment issue, delivery restriction, misuse of the website, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed, especially when the order has already entered fulfilment or production.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes shown on our website or during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
POPPIX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect customer information, failed delivery attempts, public holidays, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product has been delivered to the address provided by you.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or non-collection, we may charge additional shipping costs before resending the order.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@poppixwallart.com.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in suitable protective packaging. You are responsible for handling the product with care while it is in your possession.
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. POPPIX is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or sent to an incorrect address.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned.
If you return your full order within the legal withdrawal period, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery costs originally paid, unless another rule applies under applicable law. Extra costs for premium, express, or non-standard delivery options are not refundable.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalised, customised, made to your specific instructions, or otherwise legally excluded from withdrawal rights.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at support@poppixwallart.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Normal colour variations, screen differences, minor production tolerances, or differences between mockups and the final physical product are not considered defects.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment providers, or third-party financial institutions.
